central location breakfast selection attentive staff
I found the central location especially useful. I could easily walk to various shops. The breakfast selection was a great start to my day. The staff remembered my name.
I noticed the pool was a bit small. It also got limited sunlight. More sun would have made it more enjoyable.

the location is central , just a short walk to many shops. several restaurants are also within easy reach. the famous monkey forest is nearby, yet the hotel remains peaceful. i found the hotel super clean , with daily cleaning that maintained a high standard.
the pool receives limited sunshine during the day.

helpful staff mini bar
I found the staff very helpful. They quickly arranged a driver when my grab cancelled. the mini bar was a great perk. it was free and restocked daily, we loved that feature.
